Justin Graves
VP of ESCROW OPERATIONS
Justin’s career in escrow began early. Before graduating junior high school, he was already answering phones and filing paperwork at his mother’s escrow company. Because of this hands-on start, it came as no surprise that he chose escrow as his profession.
Since then, Justin has gained experience handling a wide range of transactions. These include residential resale escrows, refinances, mobile home escrows, and commercial transactions. He brings both knowledge and attention to detail to every file he manages.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time outdoors. In particular, you’ll often find him on the trails of the San Bernardino National Forest or camping with his wife and two children.
April Davidson
ESCROW OFFICER
With nearly 20 years of experience in the escrow industry, April brings a sharp eye for detail to every transaction she manages. As a result, she consistently earns 5-star reviews from both agents and clients who appreciate her accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism.
Teri Gaines
ESCROW OFFICER
Teri brings 19 years of escrow experience and has worked on a wide range of transactions. These include residential resales, FSBOs, mobile home escrows, refinances, commercial transactions, and 1031 exchanges.
She began her career as an Escrow Assistant and quickly advanced into an Escrow Officer role. Because of this hands-on background, Teri is known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to clear, consistent communication. She takes great pride in helping ensure every transaction is smooth and successful.
Outside of work, Teri enjoys exploring nature, hiking with friends, spending time at the beach, and making memories with her family.
Hannah Hamilton
ESCROW ASSISTANT
Hannah Hamilton is the Escrow Assistant for April Davidson at Escrow Innovations, Inc. She enjoys being part of the process that helps clients move into their new homes and takes pride in supporting each transaction behind the scenes.
When clients call the office, Hannah is often one of the first voices they hear. She focuses on creating a welcoming and comfortable experience from the very first interaction.
Outside of work, Hannah is a proud bonus mom to a 13-year-old daughter. As a family, they enjoy spending summers along the river in Parker, Arizona, and winters exploring the desert. They are always excited to try new adventures together.
