Justin has been in the escrow field since before he graduated Junior High School, answering phones, and doing filing at his mom’s escrow company, so it’s no surprise to anyone that knows him that he chose Escrow as his profession. Justin has handled various types of escrows from Residential Resale and Refinances, to Mobile Home and Commercial transactions. When Justin is not working, you can find him out on the trails of the San Bernardino National Forest or camping with his wife and 2 children.
April Davidson

With nearly 20-years in the escrow business, April brings her keen eyes to the details of every transaction she manages. April consistently receives 5-star reviews from our agents and clients.
Teri Gaines
ESCROW OFFICER
Teri brings 19 years of escrow experience working on a wide range of transactions including: Re-Sales; FSBO; Mobile Home; Refinance Commercial, and 1031 Exchange. She began her career as an Escrow Assistant and quickly moved into an Escrow Officer position. Teri has a very strong work ethic takes great pride in offering excellent customer service, and constant communication insuring a smooth, successful transaction. Outside of work, Teri loves exploring nature, hikes with friends, spending time at the beach and spending lots of time with her family.

Hello! My name is Hannah Hamilton, and I am the Escrow Assistant for April Davidson. As an Escrow Assistant at Escrow Innovations, Inc., it brings me joy to know that I am helping someone get into their new home. When you call our office, my voice is one of the ones you will usually hear greeting you. I enjoy being one of the first people you encounter and want to help you feel as comfortable as possible from the moment you reach out to us. I am excited to use my experience to better your escrow service and cannot wait to learn all aspect of escrow and grow in the field. On a personal level, I am a proud bonus mom of a beautiful 13-year-old girl. As a family, we enjoy the river in Parker, AZ during the summers and the desert during the winters. We are always thrilled to try new adventures whenever we can.
